And most importantly, we are looking for real people who like our food and are willing to do anything to make great sandwiches for our customers. Someone who has ambitions to develop multiple units and is willing to go beyond that.
Once you become a Jimmy John franchise owner our team is here to assist you throughout the process. We offer support in real estate, construction, training, marketing, operations and purchasing.
Our real estate team will work with you throughout the site selection process until you have signed a rental agreement for your site.
We provide you with the tools you need to build, remodel or move your business.
Our training program consists of classroom and in-store training and 4 weeks of hands-on management experience for brand new franchisees. Trainees are familiar with all aspects of running a business, from baking bread and slicing vegetables to learning how to deal with food costs and finances.
We’re here to help you plan and run marketing programs locally and nationally. We’ll help you buy media, local advertising, social media, customer service and PR.
In the first week your store is open, we will send an opening specialist to provide additional assistance.
After your business opens, members of our Field Sales Force team visit your business on an ongoing basis to provide support and feedback, to ensure your business is operating according to Jimmy John’s branding standards, and to share the experiences of the best operators in the chain with you .
The purchasing team works with our suppliers to ensure that your store receives the highest quality products at the best prices. They also manage our nationwide distribution network, do research and development, and make sure you get the best possible prices on the inventory you need to run your business.
