Training & support

One of our most important core values ​​is “partnership”. We really build a partnership with each of our franchisees and work with them throughout their time with Kitchen Solvers. From pre-opening the training to ongoing support to our annual meeting, training and support are of the utmost importance to us!

PREOPENING & TRAINING

Pre-opening training is a comprehensive experience typically delivered in the home office in La Crosse, WI. However, there were situations in which the training is also offered virtually.

The training consists of:

  • An in-depth review of the Kitchen Solvers Business System Manual, including operations, sales, suppliers, and marketing information.
  • Write estimates and set up day-to-day operations.
  • Adjusting the franchise vision plan for the first 3-5 years of operation.
  • 70 hours of classroom instruction in accounting, business, finance and human resource management, marketing and advertising, sales and operations.
  • 30 hours of hands-on training in reworking and installing cabinets.
OPERATIONS & CONTINUOUS SUPPORT

Kitchen Solvers’ home office team has been closely associated with franchise partners throughout the legacy with us. We also have a robust and innovative system that is constantly updated as times change.

SALES ASSISTANCE

On-site training and support available. Kitchen Solvers Field Support assists franchise partners with their first home show, with sales from salespeople and with ongoing sales coaching.

MARKETING SUPPORT

Kitchen Solvers took the guesswork out of marketing and made sure our franchisees can focus on running the business. We bring our proven marketing messages together with the latest digital strategies to generate leads for our partners.

We even help our owners understand how to connect with customers online, order marketing materials and request custom designs if needed.
