Our business model is designed to give day-to-day responsibility for running the studio to a well-trained, highly skilled instructor who is trained extensively at our headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee.

While the instructor is running the studio, your primary responsibility is to ensure that your students have a top notch martial arts experience. Your role is to network, build relationships with your community, market with our proven systems, and implement our processes, which you will learn during the training at our headquarters.
