How it all started

The rise of the breakfast and lunch sector got serial restorer Chad Coulter to pause for thought: what if we could create a brunch concept with the quality of food and the ease of fast and casual operation?

Under the culinary direction of renowned Chef Tavis Rockwell, the team created a delicious menu of hearty, homely favorites that taste like Grandma made them … only better.

Working with QSR franchise legend Chuck Schnatter and restaurant veteran Jason Kornosky, this world-class group started Biscuit Belly in their hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.

The team hit the bull’s eye straight away and knew it was time to let the franchisees into the next big breakfast.
