A box crew time guarantee
Grease Monkey understands that time is precious to our customers and that consumers come to Grease Monkey because they want to get on and off quickly. In this sense, Grease Monkey is the first in the rapid lubrication industry to offer the consumer a time guarantee.
If for any reason our certified pit crew does not meet our time guarantee, we will refund $ 1 for every minute we go beyond the promised time. Service done right. In time. Guaranteed.
Flexible approach
Grease Monkey pioneered flexible franchising, which allows franchisees to tailor their facilities and services to different markets and investment profiles. We also offer one of the most franchisee-friendly franchise agreements in the industry.
Our development options range from a standard franchise for oil changes and preventive maintenance with three fields to a full-service maintenance facility with 8 fields. A Monkey Shine car wash can be added to any facility. Whatever options suit your needs, we will help you determine the optimal configuration.
Since we are not owned by an oil company, we can also negotiate national supplier contracts at the best possible prices. This also means that consumers can be sure that we are looking for their vehicles and not just pushing a specific brand.
