Training and support

FirstLight HomeCare has developed a comprehensive training program that supports new franchisees every step of the way to opening a new FirstLight store.

This strengthens the keys to initial and ongoing franchise education and includes a prep module, 5-day training course for new owners in Cincinnati, and a 16-week retraining module.

Additionally, a Business Development Director will conduct two on-site visits to your location within the first 60 days of your FirstLight store opening to ensure your accelerated growth.
