Our arriving coaches are guided step by step through a detailed and thorough onboarding process.

The onboarding is followed by an intensive 6-day certification training. After certification training, incoming coaches participate in two concurrent programs, both of which focus on the necessary aspects necessary for your coaching practice to generate income quickly.

We also offer a quick start program for you with the aim of providing additional customer contacts.

Each coach receives a “coach mentor”.
